Enter your delivery address. The system confirms whether your address is in our service zone. Select your preferred delivery time window.
Provide ID Information
You must provide your date of birth and a valid photo ID number. This is a legal requirement. You'll present your physical ID to our delivery driver upon arrival.
Complete Payment
Pay via card or other payment methods accepted by Dutchie. Payment is processed immediately. Your order is confirmed.
Receive Your Delivery
Our delivery driver arrives during your selected time window with your cannabis products in a sealed, opaque package. Present valid ID, receive your order, and you're done.
Delivery Hours and Service Windows
Delivery service operates daily from 10AM - 10PM daily. Within this window, we offer multiple two-hour delivery windows based on demand and location.

Delivery Fees and Minimum Orders
Standard Delivery Fee: $5 - $15 depending on distance from our Williamsburg or Bay Ridge locations. Your fee is shown before you complete checkout.
Minimum Order Requirement: None. You can order a single item for delivery. However, larger orders (over $50) sometimes qualify for reduced fees. Check Dutchie for current promotions.
Promotional Delivery Fees: Hii runs periodic promotions offering free or reduced-fee delivery on qualifying orders. These promotions rotate and are shown on the Dutchie platform.
