1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of Hii NYC Cannabis Dispensary, located at 152 Bedford Ave, Williamsburg, Brooklyn and 9206 3rd Ave, Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, and our delivery service throughout Brooklyn and Queens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Hii NYC's website for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, or use materials for commercial purposes without permission.
3. Age Requirement
You represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and possess a valid government-issued photo ID. You agree to provide valid ID verification upon request. If you cannot provide valid ID, you are not permitted to use our services.
4. Product Information
Hii NYC strives to provide accurate product descriptions including THC and CBD content, potency, and effects. However, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy. Information is for educational purposes. Effects vary by individual.
5. Medical Disclaimer
Hii NYC does not provide medical advice. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have medical concerns, consult a healthcare provider before using cannabis.
6. Ordering and Payment
By placing an order, you offer to purchase products at displayed prices and terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are subject to availability. Payment must be provided before delivery.
7. ID Verification
You acknowledge that ID verification is required by New York law. By ordering, you authorize our delivery drivers to verify your ID. If valid ID cannot be provided, the transaction will not be completed.
8. Delivery Terms
Delivery is provided to addresses within our service zones in Brooklyn and Queens, 10AM to 10PM daily. You must be present to receive delivery and provide ID. Time windows are estimates.
9. Refunds and Returns
Cannabis products cannot be returned once delivered or purchased. If there is an error in your order, contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue.
10. No Warranties
Products are sold as-is without warranties of any kind. Hii NYC does not warrant specific effects or results. Cannabis affects individuals differently.
11. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Hii NYC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
12. Cannabis Compliance
By using our services, you acknowledge that cannabis is legal for adults 21+ in New York State, consumption in public spaces or vehicles is illegal, and you assume all legal responsibility for your use of cannabis.
13. Health and Safety
You acknowledge that cannabis affects judgment and coordination. Never drive or operate machinery while impaired. Cannabis may interact with medications. If you experience adverse effects, seek medical attention immediately.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and services is the property of Hii NYC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County.
16. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed and all other provisions remain in full force and effect.
