Where does Hii NYC deliver cannabis?
The published delivery ZIPs are 11211, 11249, 11222, 11206, 11209, 11220, 11219, 11228. Williamsburg fulfills 11211, 11249, 11222 and 11206; Bay Ridge fulfills 11209, 11220, 11219 and 11228. Enter your full address in the fulfilling store's menu to confirm eligibility. A neighborhood name alone does not establish coverage.
What are the delivery hours?
Williamsburg: 10AM - 10PM daily. Bay Ridge: Sun - Wed: 10AM - 10:30PM; Thu - Sat: 10AM - 11:30PM. These are published service hours. Available checkout windows and order acceptance may close earlier; retail store hours are separate.
How long does delivery take?
The menu shows the available delivery window for your address. Timing depends on availability, order acceptance and current demand. A published service window is not a live ETA or a guaranteed arrival time. Check your order confirmation and contact the fulfilling store if you need help.
What is the delivery minimum, fee and payment method?
Confirm the current minimum, any delivery fee, applicable tax and accepted payment method in checkout before submitting. Terms can depend on the store and order. Call the fulfilling store if a checkout detail is unclear.
What ID is needed for delivery?
Adult-use customers must be 21 or older with valid government-issued photo ID. Follow the recipient instructions in the order confirmation and have the required ID ready at handoff. Contact the store before ordering if someone else would receive it.
Is delivery available outside the listed ZIPs?
No. The currently published delivery coverage is limited to eight Brooklyn ZIPs. For an address outside them, choose pickup at Williamsburg or Bay Ridge. Do not assume a neighborhood information page means delivery is available there.
Can I change an order or use products from both stores?
Each menu belongs to a separate store and inventory can differ. Contact the store that accepted your order to request a change. Do not place a duplicate order or assume switching locations transfers a cart.
