All New York State Cannabis products are put through rigorous testing to ensure the highest quality, safety, and potency. There will be a specific sticker for NY State-certified retailers that is scannable. If the store is real, you’ll be able to see the license information.

Can you give out discounts?

Can I get a refund or exchange?
Of course! If the product has a factory defect, customers can expect a full return.
What is the purchase limit in NY State?
New York State Office Cannabis Management (OCM), has limited individual purchase to 3 ounces of cannabis and 24 grams of concentrate. Hii may limit purchases of certain products at its own discretion with or without written notice.
