What are the reward tiers?
Five tiers. 100 points = 5% off. 200 = 10% off (Hii-er). 400 = 15% off. 600 = 20% off. 800 = 25% off (Hii-est, top tier).
How do I join Hii Society?
Sign up online above in about 30 seconds, or in-store at either Hii location. Online enrollment sends an SMS confirmation — reply Y and your account is live immediately.
Do points expire?
No. Hii Society points never expire. Save them up for the 20% off tier or cash out 5% along the way.
Do I earn points on delivery orders?
Yes. In-store and Dutchie delivery both earn points. Same account, same balance, both locations.
How do I redeem my reward?
At checkout, ask the budtender to apply your reward. Your points are debited and the discount applies.
Can I check my points balance?
Ask staff at the counter, check your Dutchie account online, or call either Hii location.
